Summary:
On 2000, I gathered the Regiment up to patrol Westfall due to the recent gang activity. As we neared Sentinel Hill we heard the bells ringing. We immediately ran to Sentinel Hill where most of the town was on fire. I immediately ordered the Regiment to gather any buckets that they can and immediately start to douse the flames while Sir Julian and Corporal Cooper looked for any survivors.
They came across a barricaded house and knocked it down with ease. Inside they found upwards of twenty burnt corpses and only one survivor. They pulled her out and Recruit Ravenbrew managed to save the civilians life. While they were trying to douse the flames an archer opened onto Sergeant Gromley, hitting him in the chest. The Archer then shot at Corporal Cooper, hitting him just above his Blackpowder Grenade Belt. The arrows were enchanted to burn, but with quick thinking, Corporal Cooper managed to toss the belt off and took significant damage. However, without his quick thinking he may have perished.
The Regiment was able to quickly get his location, and under a hail of arrows they managed to push their way to the Archer and cut him down easily. The Regiment returned to the town center where they stood in the ruins of the town. A lone knight approached and made battle with the Regiment. Sir Reynard managed to chop one the knights hands off. While the Knight fought fiercely, he ultimately fell to the might of the Regiment.
The weapons of the Knight and the Archer were enchanted with Fire Magics. I have no doubt that they started the fire.
As well, they both wore black armor with a yellow bandana, the same gang as the 'family'. That has plagued Westfall lately. As well, we managed to recover a note. It seemed like it was enchanted heavily to disguise a message. I will be taking the letter to Sarceline to be broken and uncover what was hidden within.
